Children’s Books Program
When we envision how our furniture is used in a client’s home, we love the thought of a parent and child sitting together on the sofa, under the light of a lamp, exploring a book together. This vision gave birth to the Children’s Books Program.
Starting on a few old bookshelves many years ago, the children’s book area expanded into its own bright and colorful room as part of our facility’s renovation in 2011. We welcome your donation of new and gently-used books in English and Spanish that are appropriate for ages from infant to middle school. We especially appreciate donations of books by current authors that will really grab a child’s interest.
Developing a love of reading can change a child’s life. Thank you for making that possible.
