Donating Goods? Due to COVID-19, and with an abundance of caution, all drop-off donations are made by appointment only. In addition, we are only accepting brand new linens.

Donation Guidelines for Items That We Always Need
All donated items should be in good condition, clean, and functional (not broken, stained, ripped, or have animal fur).

Due to COVID-19, please call to set up an appointment to drop off your donation.
Donations are accepted anytime during our normal operating hours. We would appreciate it if you would drop off your donation at least 30 minutes before closing time. However, if you have a large donation let us know in advance by calling us so we can be sure we have enough staff to assist you. Leave a voice message if we are unable to take your call. We return every call.

Our pick up of donated items is scheduled by appointment only. Please call: (781) 944-9797 to review what you have and add your name to our pick up schedule.
We do not have a donation box outside our facility so any donations must be brought to us during our normal business hours.
All donated goods must be able to be easily carried by two people.
We reserve the right to refuse items that we know will not be suitable for our clients’ needs. We are often outfitting small spaces. If you have any questions, please call.
